About this file

This document is a Quoter Questions and Answers (Q&A) attachment for a DHS solicitation issued by the Office of the Acquisition Management (OAM) under the Detention, Compliance & Removals (DCR) division. The document contains responses to three quoter inquiries regarding Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) Number 61054.

The government addressed three key questions from potential quoters. First, regarding the need for a prime integrator, the government clarified that no prime integrator is required since the solution sought is a standalone application that must retain functionality without requiring interoperability. Second, in response to a question about the solution number, the government directed quoters to SAM.gov for the solicitation link. Third, the government responded to a request to revise the pricing template for annual pricing quotes by unlocking cells F2, F4, F6, F8, and F10 to accommodate annual pricing and encouraged quoters to provide pricing narratives explaining any assumptions or explanations. The document contains additional numbered rows (4-13) for future questions and responses, with rows 10-13 visible but empty on the second page.

QUOTER QUESTIONS

Solicitation Reference (Sample. SOW Section 5.1) Questions Government Response

1 General Could ICE see a need for a prime integrator for this particular solicitation?

We do not see a need for a prime integrator for this solicitation as the solution we are seeking does not require integration as we request a standalone application that retains functionality in the absence of interoperability.

2 General Would you happen to know the solution number?

The government assumes this was meant to ask for the solicitation number. The link to the solicitation can be found at SAM.gov.

3 General Can the pricing template be revised to allow for annual pricing quotes.

Cells F2, F4, F6, F8, and F10 have been unlocked to allow for annual pricing quotes.

Encourage quoters to explain any pricing assumptions, explanations, etc. in a pricing narrative.
