About this file
This document is a General Questions Response for a federal contract opportunity involving security system maintenance and service for the Department of Homeland Security (ICE). The response details an existing security infrastructure including an ExacqVision Enterprise video management system and access control components installed in 2019 by Minuteman. The system consists of 1 NVR, 22 Intel NUC systems, 23 monitors, 16 Innometriks Cheetah SE readers, 7 Bosch Flexidome IP corner cameras, 9 Bosch Flexidome IP indoor cameras, and various supporting equipment like network switches, power supplies, and backup batteries.
A site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, August 19th, 2025, at 10am Eastern, with interested parties required to email specific ICE contacts by 4:00pm on Monday, August 18th, 2025. The contract requires Software House certification for the contractor, and includes comprehensive maintenance terms where replacement parts and equipment (drives, servers, NVR, client systems, monitors, cards, sensors, electrical/mechanical controls, wiring, and standby batteries) will be provided at no additional cost to the government. The existing systems have software support agreements licensed through June 30, 2030, and no secret clearance is required for the contractor.
