QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Q. Under Section 4 of the Statement of Work, vendor assumes CBP requires the offeror to provide Weapons Inventory Management System software that is FedRAMP Authorized for federal use. Is the assumption correct?

A. CBP is neither requiring nor requesting inventory management software as part of this contract as our internal accountability database is well established and universally used, in accordance with national policy.

Q. Under Volume II - Price Proposal, is the vendor authorized to provide additional pricing options and quantity discounts for review?

A. CBP is seeking pricing for only the devices, quantities, and pricing periods outlined in the solicitation documents provided.

Q. Under Section 4 of the Statement of Work, would CBP allow for an optional Taser X2 ECW color?

A. CBP requires the devices be offered separately in both black and yellow for specific operational and training requirements. These line items are required to be separate and defined for ease and accuracy of ordering.
