About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation 70B03C25Q00000116 regarding pest control management services for the U.S. Border Patrol Tucson Sector. The document clarifies that the solicitation is for a base period of 12 months with 4 option periods of 12 months each, correcting a discrepancy in the original solicitation documents that showed only a one-year term.

Key details revealed include: the previous contract (70B03C20P00000197) was awarded on April 1, 2020 for $158,208.00; there have been no changes to the Statement of Work compared to the previous contract; no CURE notices or corrections have been issued in the past 24 months; and the solicitation is set aside for small businesses rather than having SDVOSB preference. The document also addresses a technical issue regarding the SOW file name appearing as "Sample Format for a SOW" due to an Adobe DC quirk.
