Corrective Action taken to address measurements not meeting requirements, if any:

Date
Action

Measurement Standards:

· Micrograms of lead levels per centimeter of air immediately following live fire exercise. (Measurements which demonstrate the effectiveness of the ventilation system capture velocity, static pressure and proper air flow/velocity throughout the shooting area.)

· Airborne lead levels must meet or exceed the OSHA action level of 30 micrograms per centimeter of air on personal exposure to lead in air during live fire exercises

· Does the firing range meet or exceed all Federal, State and Local requirements established for safety, health, and noise and air quality?

· Lead dust in the range area (except downrange from shooting line must measure less than 200 micrograms per foot.

· Carbon monoxide must be less than 50 ppm (OSHA PEL) and preferably less than 25 ppm (ACGIH TLV) as an 8-hour time-weighted average.

· Air flow at the firing line should be 75 feet per minute (fpm) plus or minus 10%.

· Smoke tests at the firing line should show laminar flow to downrange locations without lingering in or around the shooting line.
