We, [Name of vendor submitting proposal to parking services solicitation] are contemplating submitting a proposal in response to Solicitation 70B01C20R00000038 from U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The solicitation is for the contractor to provide Parking Services in New Orleans for the agency. A summary of the requirements is as follows:

2. The contractor shall provide parking services for Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Specifically, the contractor shall provide parking garage access and open air (outdoor) parking on a 24/7 basis to CBP employees who work at 423 Canal St., New Orleans, LA 70130 building location. The 83 parking permits/spaces shall be for 36 reserved parking spaces, 42 unreserved parking spaces (garage parking) and 5 outdoor parking spaces for oversized vehicles. The parking facility must have features such as electronic surveillance equipment and 24/7 monitoring for the security of the employees.

This solicitation requires that we provide past experience information. Please complete the attached past experience questionnaire and return it via email to:

C. Past Performance Survey: For the purposes of this survey the Government will assess the contractor’s ability to perform in accordance with the solicitation. In responding to the survey, please use the ratings below and include comments to justify/explain all ratings given as they relate to the contractor’s performance on your contract or project.
