About this file

This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio for Longitudinal Board Study Material, identified by the solicitation number 745-26-P06. The initial contract term is three years from the contract signing date, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. The university seeks a comprehensive proposal for study materials, with the successful proposer required to provide a detailed rate sheet listing hourly rates and titles for all team members associated with the account.

The pricing structure stipulates that hourly rates must be firm for the entire contract term, including renewals, and must comprehensively cover all labor, equipment, materials, fees, overhead, profit, insurance, licenses, and incidental costs. Invoicing requirements mandate detailed submissions including employee names, titles, hours worked, and contracted rates. The university will reimburse reasonable expenses without markup, subject to the Texas Comptroller's travel reimbursement rates, and has standard net 30-day payment terms. The proposer must submit electronic invoices to AP-einvoice@uthscsa.edu and all invoices must reference a valid purchase order to be considered compliant.
