About this file

This is an Acknowledgment of Non-Negotiable Contract Terms document executed by Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) in California for a Janitorial Services Staffing Augmentation contract opportunity. The document requires bidders to acknowledge and accept all standard contract terms and conditions provided by IEHP in RFP Exhibit B without modification. Bidders must submit this signed acknowledgment with their quotation or proposal to be considered responsive. Any exceptions, deviations, or clarifications to IEHP's standard contract terms must be explicitly stated at the time of bid submission in accordance with the Bidder Acknowledgement Section of the RFP document.

Upon execution of this acknowledgment, bidders confirm that any standard contract terms not subject to exceptions or deviations at bid submission will become non-negotiable upon contract award. The authorized signatory certifies under penalty of perjury under California law that they have the authority to bind their company to the stated terms and conditions. This document establishes that IEHP maintains a fixed, non-negotiable position regarding its standard contracting terms and will not entertain modifications to these provisions following contract award.
