About this file
This is a Measurement and Payment document that establishes the pricing structure and compensation methodology for a wastewater and water system installation project (PO-22-D05F). The document specifies unit prices and lump sum payments for individual line items, with all compensation representing full payment for labor, materials, equipment, permits, taxes, and site restoration.
The project encompasses comprehensive water and wastewater infrastructure installation including: mobilization and demobilization; 4-inch PVC solid sewer pipe installation with connections to home stubs, septic tank, and pump chamber; underground double-sweep cleanouts; a 1,000-gallon dual-compartment septic tank with effluent filter and risers; a 1,000-gallon pump chamber with 0.5 HP pump (Orenco Model PF100511 or equivalent) and controls; 1-inch Schedule 40 PVC pressure supply and flush lines with manifolds and air/vacuum relief valves; subsurface drip system drainfield using Netafim Bioline drip lines; well equipment including removal of temporary well cap, 3/4-HP submersible pump (Goulds 10GS07 or equivalent), 1-inch Schedule 120 PVC drop pipe with submersible cable, pitless adapter, and permanent metal well cap; 1-inch Schedule 40 PVC water service line to the house; variable frequency drive (Aquavar Solo2 or equivalent) with standalone kiosk and pressure tank in underground vault; and electrical cable installation to the home subpanel. Payment is based on actual quantities completed, with unit pricing applied to linear feet installations and lump sum pricing for complete systems and components. All finished products must be complete and operational systems with proper testing, disinfection, and site restoration to equal or better than existing conditions.
