About this file
This document is Addendum #2 for Invitation to Bid (ITB) 26-004 for a Traffic Signal Upgrade project issued by the City of Alpharetta, Georgia, dated August 26, 2025. The addendum provides updates and clarifications to the original bid documents, specifically modifying two key documents: the Schedule of Items and the Traffic Signal Design. Bidders are required to use the Addendum 2 Schedule of Items form when submitting their bid, and any submissions using incorrect versions will not be considered. The addendum also addresses three specific technical questions from potential bidders regarding mast arm measurements at specific station locations and the placement of 1" rigid conduits for power lines.
The addendum emphasizes that all official communication for this ITB will be conducted through the Bonfire project webpage, and bidders are instructed to direct all questions exclusively through the Opportunity Q&A tab prior to the posted Question Due Date. The designated Procurement Agent is Debora Westbrook, and direct communication with other City staff is prohibited and may result in disqualification. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum when submitting their bid, and they are responsible for monitoring the Bonfire webpage for any status updates, additional addenda, or the final award notice.
