About this file
This is a Foreign Entity Ownership Disclosure Form (Form 7) related to the Indian River County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) General Planning Consultant contract opportunity in Florida. The form is a declaratory document used to establish ownership structure and foreign entity involvement for entities bidding on state and local contracts. The form requires bidders to disclose whether the company or any of its parent, subsidiary, or affiliate entities are owned or controlled by foreign governments, foreign nationals, or foreign business entities. The disclosure process ensures compliance with Florida's procurement regulations and allows the MPO to evaluate potential conflicts of interest or restrictions related to foreign ownership before contract award.
The form serves as a compliance requirement in the bidding process and does not establish pricing terms, funding amounts, or contract performance specifications. Instead, it functions as a prerequisite certification that bidders must complete and submit as part of their proposal package. The form's purpose is administrative and regulatory in nature, ensuring transparency regarding ownership structure and foreign entity involvement. Failure to accurately complete and submit this form may result in bid rejection or contract disqualification. The specific terms of the MPO General Planning Consultant contract, including compensation, scope of work, and performance timeline, would be detailed in the primary solicitation documents rather than this ownership disclosure form.
