About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlining calibration certification requirements for the Navy's solicitation for a Resistance and Shunt Calibration System (RASCS). Key details include:

The Navy is seeking calibration reports formatted per the attached Data Item Description DI-QCIC-80798C. Reports must include actual calibration data and certificates related to procured RASCS units. Distribution Statement A applies. The contractor must submit a preliminary draft report format for review at least 60 days before the Initial Operating Capability date, which is defined as system delivery. The Navy will provide approval or comments within 15 days, and the contractor must submit the final report incorporating comments within 30 days. Electronic submission in a common format like MS Word or Excel is preferred.

The CDRL also specifies distribution requirements, points of contact, and notes this only relates to report format - actual calibration is not required. The Navy solicitation number for RASCS is N6426724Q0008 and involves the Naval Sea Systems Command and NAVAIR organizations. No pricing details are included in this CDRL template.
