About this file

This document is an Addendum to Request for Proposal (RFP) 25-0189 for Call Center Monitoring Services issued by the City of Fort Worth's Purchasing Division. The RFP seeks qualified firms to establish a contract for call center monitoring services, with the first round of evaluations expected in October 2025. The project involves monitoring approximately 90 calls per month, including 6 calls per Customer Service Representative (CSR), with 3 of those being bilingual calls for bilingual CSRs. The bid closing date remains July 31, 2025, and the estimated budget is up to $50,000.00 for the year.

The City's 311 call center operates Monday and Friday from 7:00 AM-6:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Central Time. They currently have a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and WebEx system in place and prefer cloud-based solutions. The contract requires four training sessions per year, with flexibility for both virtual and in-person formats. The City is not mandating specific certifications for agents and has no strict regulatory compliance requirements. Payment terms typically follow a Net 30 structure, and the City anticipates growth in call volume over time, with the call center infrastructure already planned for the next five years.
