APPENDIX II
APPLICABLE REGULATIONS
The following government publications of the issue in effect on the date of request for proposal form a part of this contract to the extent specified. The publications have been coded as mandatory or advisory. The contractor is obligated to follow those coded as mandatory only to the extent that they apply to this contract. Supplements, amendments or changes to these mandatory publications may be issued during the life of the contract. Any such changes to mandatory publications may be issued during the life of the contract. Any such changes to mandatory publications which cause a change in performance within the meaning of the “changes” clause will not be implemented by the contractor unless or until a change order or modification to the contract is issued by the contracting officer.
