About this file

This is an Anti-Boycott Statement certification form required by Williamson County, Texas for contractors bidding on the Ronald Reagan Boulevard Widening - Segment D construction project. The form mandates that contractors certify compliance with three specific anti-boycott provisions under Texas Government Code: non-boycott of Israel, non-boycott of energy companies, and non-discrimination against firearm entities and firearm trade associations during the contract term. Contractors must either affirm all three certifications or demonstrate exemption based on business structure or contract value thresholds.

Contractors are required to select all three anti-boycott clauses or specify applicable exemptions, including sole proprietor status, fewer than ten full-time employees, or contract value below $100,000. The form requires company name, authorized signatory, and printed name and title of the signing official. Texas prohibits its counties from contracting with companies that boycott Israel or energy companies, or that discriminate against firearms entities and trade associations, making completion and certification of this form a prerequisite to contract award.
