About this file
This questionnaire document sets forth the submission requirements for bidders responding to the City of Texas's request for clean up services for special events. Bidders must provide written responses addressing seven key areas: company address and principal officer names, organizational background history, contact information for a person authorized to answer bid-related questions, the event supervisor's contact details, names and qualifications of supervisory personnel, a three-year client reference list with event scopes and contact information, and a brochure or written service overview describing the services offered.
The questionnaire establishes baseline information requirements necessary for the City to evaluate bidder qualifications and capability to perform cleanup services at municipal special events. No specific pricing terms, contract duration, renewal options, award dates, or site visit requirements are detailed within this questionnaire document itself, as it functions primarily as a standardized form to gather organizational and references information from prospective contractors.
