About this file
This is Amendment No. 1 to Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) 6NY0729 for commercial space in Poughkeepsie, New York, issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) on September 16, 2026.
The amendment modifies Section 3.16 (CEILINGS) of RLP Exhibit A, which contains the GSA Form L100 Template Lease. The revision establishes ceiling height requirements for the leased space, maintaining the standard minimum of 9 feet 0 inches and maximum of 12 feet 0 inches measured from floor to lowest obstruction, with areas containing raised flooring maintaining these measurements above the finished raised floor surface. Bulkheads and hanging or surface-mounted light fixtures that impede traffic ways must be avoided. The amendment specifically addresses courtroom space, removing prior language specifying 14 feet 0 inches and establishing a new minimum courtroom ceiling height of 9 feet 6 inches, aligned with US Courts Design Guide requirements. All offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning the acknowledged copy to the contracting officer, Alfonso Yau, by September 30, 2026, along with their revised lease proposal.
