Questions and Answers during Advertisement for NM FS 141(1) South Fork Negrito Creek Bridge

September 27, 2023

Questions Answers 1 Page E-18, Section 153.02 of the RFP requires for a full-time, on-site QCM that either has four (4) years of experience in projects of “of similar type and scope,” or possess NICET Level III certification or an equivalent.

Our question pertains to the flexibility/rigidity of “similar type and scope.” Would you only exclusively qualify bridge construction experience, or would a civil engineer with some decades of both horizontal and vertical construction also be considered?

We do not exclusively require bridge construction experience for the QCM.

Proposing a seasoned civil engineer with diverse experience will be accepted.
