Questions Answers 1 Can we leave the old bridge in place while we build the new bridge to the west of it?
The new bridge replaces the existing bridge in its current location. Please refer to Sheet D1 in the plans regarding location of the diversion, and Sheet C1 in the plans regarding the location of the new bridge/existing bridge.
What is the I-beam weight per foot? There is no design as this is a modular bridge. Actual sizes and weights will be provided by fabricator. Please refer to Sheet S2 in the plans, and Section 555 of the SCR’s and FP-14.
3 What is Diaphragm I-beam weight & size?

4 We are under the impression that we might need vaccination cards for this job or there is some sort of requirement. Is this true?
No, there is no requirement for vaccination cards.
5 We have interest from the subs but they are needing more time to put numbers together given the current climate for nice weather and Mother’s Day. Is there a way to have some sort of extension on the due date?
No, currently there are no plans to extend the bid opening date.
6 We understand the bids are due in the Colorado Office, has that changed?
The public bid opening will be held at the office in Item 8 on the SF1442.
