Questions Answers 1 153.02 (a)(1) (b) will a technician with New Mexico TTCP certification qualify as equivalent to (NICET) Level III?

New Mexico TTCP certification will not be accepted in lieu of NICET Level III.

2 153.05 (b) Testing. Can the Contractor utilize an established Commercial Laboratory within 90 miles of the Project in leu of furnishing an equipped laboratory on-site as described in section 154.04B?

A commercial laboratory is allowed as long as meets the reporting time and other requirements listed in the SCR and FP14.
