About this file
This document contains questions and answers from a pre-bid meeting for a federal transportation project. The project involves reconstructing roads and constructing asphalt and concrete trails as well as a pedestrian bridge over a railroad in Pueblo West, Colorado. No pre-bid conference was held and the opportunity is full and open competition with HUBZone price preference. Only bridge railing needs environmental stain and existing guardrail will be removed and reset. The contractor takes ownership of removed asphalt and flagging costs for work near the railroad will be paid directly by the agency. Standard warranties apply but there is no separate project warranty. Electronic CAD files and bollards are not provided. EEBACS training is required but there is no cost for participation. The anticipated notice to proceed date refers to standard FAR clauses and any project extension would require an amendment.
