Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 9 A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect .

LIST OF CHANGES:

1. The location for the routing of the refrigerant piping between the Subjunction level and the Junction level is not shown. Please confirm how the piping is to be routed: in the stair/corridor or can this piping be routed in the electrical closet and cable chase? Can you estimate the distance between subjunction level ceiling to junction level ceiling?

The distance from the subjunction level ceiling to the junction level ceiling is approx. 15 feet. Yes, piping can be routed through the electrical closet and cable chase.

2. We were not shown the existing automated logic system that we will need to integrate the new mini split system to, can you please provide information on the existing automated system?

Building’s ALS system: Contact Person: Geoffrey Williams Service Account Manager Automated Logic Field Operations Automated Logic West Cell: 720-661-0213 Email: Geoffrey.williams@carrier.com

3. If temporary cooling is required between demolition and the fully operational new unit, are there any windows that can be used for a temporary cooling unit on either the junction or sub junction levels? I do not recall seeing any during the walk through.

If required, it will be limited to the break room area. The unit can be installed on the mechanical platform where the existing condenser is situated.

4. Will local jurisdiction permit be needed?

Not required.

5. Are refrigerant piping press fittings allowed or are only braze joints to be used?

Press fittings allowed.

6. Will there be an extended visitor pass for gate access, or will we need to enter the eastern commercial gate each day of the project?

A Monthly pass will be provided to the contractor.

7. Can the existing electrical conduit be re-used with new wire pulled?

Shared conduits for power. It is permitted under certain conditions, such as ensuring the conduit is not overcrowded, which could lead to overheating and damage.

The total current carrying capacity must not exceed the limitations set by the code, and all wires must be appropriately rated for voltage and insulation to handle the conditions within the conduit.

8. What is the requested start date after award and notice to proceed?

On-site construction must begin within 5 calendar days after notice to proceed.

9. Where is the power feed for CC-1,2, and 3? Panel name, Panel Type, Circuit Breaker Type, AIC Rating, location, conduit size, and wire size.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, CC-1, CC-2, and CC-3 will receive power directly from the condenser unit, so there is no need to connect them to the panel or breaker.

Please follow to the manufacturer's recommended installation requirements.

· Power Supply: The main power is supplied to the outdoor unit, which then provides power to the indoor unit via interconnecting wiring.

· Electrical Connections: 14/3 stranded wire with ground and a 600-volt insulation rating. This consists of four wires: two high voltage AC power wires, one communication wire (S), and one ground wire.

10. Where is the power feed for DU-4? Panel name, Panel Type, Circuit Breaker Type, AIC Rating, location, conduit size, and wire size.

According to the manufacturer's specifications, DU-4 will receive power directly from the condenser unit, so there is no need to connect them to the panel or breaker.

Please follow to the manufacturer's recommended installation requirements.

· Power Supply: The main power is supplied to the outdoor unit. The outdoor unit, in turn, supplies power to the indoor unit via interconnecting wiring.

· Electrical Connections: For sizes 09-24, a 14/3 power/communication wiring is used from the outdoor unit to the indoor unit, consisting of four wires: two high voltage AC power wires, one communication wire, and one ground wire.

11. What size conduit and conductors feed CU-1 from Panel RPT-3?

The primary power source is connected to the outdoor unit, which then provides power to the indoor unit through interconnecting wiring. The usual conduit sizes used are 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch. For information on wire sizes, refer to answers 1 and 2.

12. Where are Subjunction and Junction levels located? Is there an elevation drawing showing distances?

Elevation Drawing attached, which highlights junction and subjunction areas.

13. Where is the EES (Earth Electrode System) located for grounding connection?

The nearest grounding connection is located in the cable chase area on both levels.

14. Are all control wires to be routed in conduit?

Yes.

15. Are disconnects required for CC-1, 2, and 3?

No.

16. Is a disconnect required for DU-4?

No.

17. Who is the temperature control systems contractor (automated logic system)?

Geoffrey Williams Service Account Manager Automated Logic Field Operations Automated Logic West Cell: 720-661-0213 Email: Geoffrey.williams@carrier.com

18. Does the low volage between CU-1 and CC1, CC2, CC3, DU4 have to be in conduit?

All connection has to be in conduits.

19. Does exterior piping need to be insulated with lagged with metal jacket?

Yes.

20. The spec called for a 4 ton unit to be installed and when you do the math of all the cassettes that equaled up to a mailto:Geoffrey.williams@carrier.com

5 ton unit is Chris explain it to me as you count the actual BTU according to that spreadsheet drawing for Page

Yes, the cassettes are indeed total 5 ton. Each room, once the required temperature is met, will stop flowing air from the diffuser. Other zones will remain active until they reach the set temperature. Per the manufacturer, combinations of cassettes are acceptable.

However, if the contractor can find a more efficient unit, which can meet all project requirements, they can send submittals for approval.

21. We are wanting more detail for the controls. What exactly do the controls need to do for each section. Could we possibly get it spelled out. The controls need to be able to speak to the equipment and that equipment needs to be able to have a backbone structure too. Talk from control panel and talk back to control panel

The controls for each section are intended solely to monitor the system temperature. There is no requirement for the controls to actively manage or adjust the system; they are only needed for temperature monitoring purposes.

This means that the control panels will receive data from the equipment about the current temperature, but there will be no need for the controls to send commands back to adjust or manage the equipment.

The communication infrastructure should be capable of reporting temperature data back to the control panels accurately, ensuring that we can monitor the system's status in real-time without the need for direct control from the

ALS.

This simplifies the setup as we are only focusing on temperature monitoring without implementing control mechanisms.
