Filter Pictures.docx

The file "Filter Pictures.docx" contains three images showing an air filter held up to light to demonstrate its thickness. This file is directly related to a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Request for Information (RFI) for custom air filters.

The RFI seeks approximately 1,045 disposable UL certified air filters with specific dimensions: 5 inches wide, 17 inches long, with a depth greater than 1 inch. The FAA is conducting market research to explore potential procurement strategies, which may include full and open competition or set-asides for small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, or 8(a) Program certified businesses. This is a pre-solicitation market research effort, and respondents are requested to provide statements of interest, capabilities, and cost estimates. No payment will be made for responses, and the FAA emphasizes that all questions must be submitted in writing via email to the contracting specialist.
