QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (Q&A)
4/20/2021
1. SOW Para 4 notes indicates “supply a fuel truck and fuel”. Please clarify as long as we can efficiently, effectively, and safely refuel, the method is up to us?
FAA RESPONSE: In section 4. Notes, 7th bullet, “supply fuel truck and fuel” has been changed to accommodate alternate forms of refueling “that does not create any hazard to aircraft, personnel or landscape.”
2. Please re-verify the published coordinates as they are located near Tucson? Not Ajo mountains.
FAA RESPONSE: Coordinates have been checked and verified to be correct for both the Ajo Mountain site and Tiger’s Cage locations.
3. SOW states 32 days to complete however the preliminary project schedule indicates 7 days. Clairfy that this will be completed at different times OR is the 7 days at one time?
FAA RESPONSE: The actual project is projected to take a total of 7 consecutive days. The 32 days is in reference to the total number of days it is anticipated to complete the total action from award to closeout of any post-performance administrative actions.
