About this file
This is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) amendment document for a Department of Transportation (DOT) recompete solicitation. The incumbent contractor is Sabre, and the current contract value is approximately $640,000 with contract number 693JK421C600002. The SOW remains unchanged from the current contract, and no historical data migration is required during transition, though a transition period will occur before the May 1, 2026 contract start date.
Offerors must submit proposals by March 27, 2026, with demonstrations scheduled by March 2, 2026. DOT anticipates a single award with an award decision date of April 1, 2026. The solution must support a minimum of 10 users with possible future expansion and should provide global data coverage with historical data requirements addressed in the referenced Excel spreadsheet. Key requirements include bulk data export capability, custom reporting and dashboards, data refresh as frequently as possible (preferably more than monthly), and the highest level of training capability available. Security and hosting requirements are specified in row 54 of the Excel spreadsheet, and performance metrics/SLAs are detailed in row 51. DOT is open to innovation including AI-assisted analytics and predictive modeling beyond minimum SOW requirements. Option year pricing may include modest price escalation, with offerors having flexibility in proposing either enterprise-wide or named-user licensing models.
