(Actual costs of Cost Reimbursement Items will be reimbursed to the Contractor along with the corresponding fuel price for testing performed). " Is the provided CPTI cost number ($210,000.00) the highest awarded value in a potential award/contract, or is it a sample number used for proposal evaluation purposes only?

NHTSA Response: As stated in Section M.4 The Price Schedules in Section M.5 are based on the Price Schedules contained in Section B.3, with quantity adjustments for evaluation purposes. CPTI is the cost of test samples. There is a ceiling on CPTI, however it should be noted that the COR will only select the number and quantity of seats that the budget will allow.
