About this file
This document contains a mandatory requirement checklist and description of a federal contract opportunity for national communications, marketing, and media support services. The mandatory requirement checklist specifies that offerors must have the financial resources to carry costs, including those associated with statutorily-mandated advertising, until reimbursement by the government. The contract opportunity is for the Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to acquire integrated media, marketing, and advertising services to support its behavioral safety programs through the Office of Communications and Consumer Information. The services will focus on preventing impaired and distracted driving and increasing seat belt use. The government will award a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract as a small business set aside with a period of performance not to exceed 60 months.
