Offerors are instructed to follow the instructions in the RFQ for submitting past performance information, with no page limit but the expectation of a reasonable number of pages. Section II may be submitted in Excel format. The current database is in Excel format, and the new contractor is expected to use this as the base, rather than redesigning and developing the database from scratch.
