Human Resource Dashboard Post Production Statement of Work
Introduction/Background
This contract serves to provide software licensing, maintenance and support to the HR dashboard tool which has been in production for the last four fiscal years. In FY 2015, the Volpe Center (Volpe) contracted with i5
Services, LLC. to develop a dashboard for the Office of Human Resources (HR). The dashboard serves as a tool for decisions on staffing hiring actions, shifting resources, finding parts of the system that are underperforming, etc. In addition, the dashboard allows for effective daily monitoring by decision makers and visibility to staff throughout Volpe to track their respective recruitment actions. The purpose of this requirement is to provide maintenance of the dashboard tool, and an enhancement to the tool, with the option of additional enhancements to improve the functionality of the OHR Dashboard application.
Scope of Work

As with any computer application in a production environment, the HR Dashboard will require periodic software updates, maintenance and end user support. In addition, Volpe must pay standard software licensing and escrow fees.
0101: Software licensing
0102: Maintenance and support for end users and to fix issues that arise within the application or compatibility with the standard Volpe computing environment
0103: Escrow ‐ quarterly updates to the application software and tools
Contractor shall acknowledge receipt of communication about problems/issues identified by end users within 1 business day. Progress reports, via email or phone, on resolving problems/issues will be provided weekly. Software updates must be tested and approved by Technical Point of Contact in Office of Human Resources, prior to being installed in production.
Period of Performance
The overall period of performance is 02/01/2024 – 01/31/2025
Place of Performance
The work will be performed at contractor’s site.

All deliverable listed below will be received and accepted by the assigned Technical Point of Contact.

Weekly status updates shall include a list of all enhancements specified above, the status of each, and any issues encountered.
