# General Technical Question Answer Date

I noticed this solicitation indicated that it is being solicited under MATOC. Just confirming, since it doesn’t specifically state it… Does that mean that only contractors with a current, active MATOC contract may submit a proposal for this solicitation?

See Notice to Bidders, this solicitation may only be bid on by MATOC contract holders.

2 X Are there snow poles located within the project work area?

The Park does have snow poles along some routes so we encourage you to conduct site visits where possible.

Some areas may not be currently accessible; which we tried to address when we did a Presolicitation of this Project.

Are the limited work hours identified in Subsection 108 for all activities of the entire project (including parking lot striping prior to opening to traffic) or is the intent of this subsection for mainline operations only?

Yes. Specific work hour limitations are shown in Subsection 108.01, and this Subsection also says to limit work according to Section 156 which also has specific work hour limitations.

4 X Does this solicitation include the Clause for HUBZone Price Evaluation Factor?

The price evaluation factor isn’t included in MATOC solicitations as MATOC is fair opportunity where the price evaluation applies to full and open competition.
