Stoddard Bridge

# General Technical Question Answer Date

1 X

We have been going through the pre‐solicitation plans on the Stoddard Bridge. We see there is a highline system in place for construction of the bridge. In order to get drilling equipment in place on the south side of the river as well as other construction materials, will a temporary work bridge be allowed (Contractor Designed) for this job?

The Government does not intend to obtain a permit for a temporary work bridge on this project.

2 X

Is there an in‐water permit that has been secured for this project? Use of a temporary work bridge would also allow for use of a crane in lieu of the highline system if acceptable.

The Government does not intend to obtain an in‐water permit for this project.
