About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for a highway construction project. The modification extends the substantial completion date from July 31, 2020 to August 27, 2020 due to weather delays. It also revises traffic control requirements to allow full closure of the road for two four-hour periods daily between May 26 and June 30, and changes messaging on the portable sign. Additional changes include modifying labor requirements, liquidated damages, and construction sequencing and timing.
