This Statement of Work outlines maintenance and repair services for four Polaris Utility Task Vehicles assigned to the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center (TRACEN) Cape May, New Jersey. The contract addresses deferred maintenance since September 2024 that has rendered two vehicles non-mission capable and places the remaining fleet at risk of mechanical failure. The scope requires restoring two non-mission capable vehicles—a 2020 RGR CREW XP (VIN: 4XARSU997L8923812) and a 2021 RANGER 1000 (VIN: 4XATAE99XM8409288)—to full operational status and completing scheduled preventative maintenance on all four vehicles in the fleet, including two additional 2024 RGR CREW XP models (VINs: 4XARSU992R8076223 and 4XARSU994R8089510). All work must use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and follow OEM procedures and specifications.

The contractor is responsible for parts and fluid disposal in compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations and must provide pickup and return transportation for facilities located more than 50 miles from TRACEN Cape May at no additional cost. The period of performance must not exceed 30 calendar days from award date. The contractor must furnish all facilities, materials, equipment, tools, and OEM replacement parts, while the government provides only the vehicles. Contractor personnel must be qualified, maintain continuity of support, wear identification badges, comply with government security and conduct regulations, and work at the contractor's facility as the primary place of performance.
