About this file
This is an insurance requirements document for Broward County Water and Wastewater Services' project to purchase and deliver one Gas F-150 Super Cab Pickup Truck to their Fleet Department located in Pompano Beach, Florida. The document specifies the minimum insurance coverage requirements that vendors must maintain throughout the contract performance. No proof of insurance is required if delivery will be completed by common carrier.
The minimum insurance requirements include General Liability coverage with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, Auto Liability with $1,000,000 combined bodily injury and property damage limits, Workers' Compensation at statutory limits, Employers Liability of $500,000 per accident, and Pollution/Environmental Liability with a maximum deductible of $10,000. Broward County must be named as an additional insured, with the insured's insurance providing primary coverage and a waiver of subrogation in the County's favor. The contractor must provide 30 days' written notice of cancellation or 10 days' notice for non-payment, and for claims-made policies, insurance must be maintained and evidence provided for at least three years after contract completion. Auto Liability coverage may be waived if no driving will be performed as part of the services.
