About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for lodging services for the 183d Wing (183 WG) during Regularly Scheduled Drills (RSDs). The contract requires a hotel located within 13 miles of Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport to provide rooms for military personnel residing outside the local commuting area. Key operational requirements include 24/7 reservations processed through the 183d Mission Support Contracting Office, guaranteed room assignments with gender-specific accommodations, and specific room standards such as individual temperature controls, televisions, and daily housekeeping.

The SOW outlines comprehensive requirements for the contractor, including maintaining a 24-hour front desk, implementing strict guest security protocols, providing non-smoking rooms, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Room rates must not exceed the current Government Per Diem rate, with initial rates valid for one year. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), provide a full-time point of contact, and follow specific check-in/check-out procedures. The agreement emphasizes guest safety, professional service, and adherence to military lodging policies for weekend drill participants.
