Attachment 1 Technical Acceptability Checklist

Quoters shall acknowledge, by checking the Yes or No column and providing a quote reference where the information can be found, whether their quote meets the below listed Technical Acceptability requirements as identified in the SOW Section 4 (Contractor Requirements). Quotes that do not include this acknowledgement checklist will be considered technically unacceptable and thus ineligible for award.
