About this file
This is Addendum #1 for a sewer maintenance contract (C24554016) issued by the Oceano Dunes District in San Luis Obispo County, California, with a bid date of February 14, 2025 at 2:00 pm. The addendum addresses three questions from potential bidders regarding the procurement process and available documentation. While there is no scheduled pre-bid meeting or job walk, prospective bidders are permitted to request site access and a job walk to view the project locations.
The addendum clarifies that the district does not have pictures or as-built drawings of the project sites available for bidders to review. However, the district emphasizes that interested contractors can request access to physically inspect the project locations to gather the information they need for bidding purposes.
