About this file

This document is an Addendum #4 to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for Expert Professional Port Planning and Marine Infrastructure Development - Asset Management Services. The RFP seeks professional services on a task order basis for a four-year term, with a proposal receipt deadline extended to 2:00 P.M. on June 10, 2024. The procurement is specifically identified by RFP# 6000002152 and will involve asset management services.

The addendum addresses a key technical specification regarding asset management software, clarifying that IBM Maximo Application Suite is the established enterprise system of record for the Port Authority. In response to a potential bidder's question about alternative platforms, the Authority definitively stated that no change to the Maximo system is being considered at this time. Interested parties with questions are directed to contact Ms. Courtney R. Eddington via email at ceddington@panynj.gov for further information.

PROFESSIONAL PORT PLANNING AND MARINE INFRASTRUCTURE

DEVELOPMENT - ASSET MANAGEMENT SERVICES AS REQUESTED

ON A “TASK ORDER” BASIS FOR A FOUR-YEAR TERM (RFP#

6000002152) – ADDENDUM #4

Dear Sir or Madam:

The following is a question from a Request for Proposals (RFP) recipient. The question and the corresponding Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the Authority) answer is provided for your information and use, as appropriate.

Question #1: The RFP states that the Authority will accept Maximo equivalents, but the language in the addenda makes it seem like the Authority has settled on Maximo for their asset management needs. If we propose a different platform, would that be considered?

Answer #1: IBM Maximo Application Suite is the asset management enterprise system of record and established as the software for the Port Authority. A change is not being considered at this time.

The date for receipt of proposals for the subject RFP has been changed to 2:00 P.M. on June 10, 2024.

If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Courtney R. Eddington at ceddington@panynj.gov.
