About this file
This Execution of Offer document is a required submission component for the University of Texas at Austin's Request for Proposal (RFP-721-26015) for Valet Services. The document serves as the formal certification and binding agreement wherein proposers acknowledge their understanding of RFP requirements, their qualifications to perform the requested work, and their commitment to comply with all terms, conditions, and specifications outlined in the solicitation and any resulting contract. Proposers must complete, sign, and return this execution form with their proposals; failure to do so may result in proposal rejection. The document does not constitute a contract offer, and submission of a proposal does not guarantee contract award. Proposers bear all costs associated with proposal preparation as their sole risk and responsibility.
The execution form requires proposers to certify compliance with numerous federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and executive orders, including provisions related to Texas Government Code requirements concerning Israel boycotts, sanctions against Iran and Sudan, firearm entity discrimination, energy company boycotts, COVID-19 vaccination documentation restrictions, antitrust compliance, tax obligations, equal employment opportunity laws, child support obligations, and debarment status. Proposers must also certify their authority to bind the organization, absence of conflicts of interest with University employees, compliance with occupational safety and health standards, and adherence to the Manufacturer Responsibility and Consumer Convenience Computer Equipment Collection and Recovery Act if applicable. The document requires disclosure of any exceptions to stated certifications and any relationships between proposer leadership and UT System employees. Additionally, proposers must acknowledge that the University may apply any payments owed to them against any outstanding debts to the State of Texas, and that false certifications may result in contract termination and payment withholding.
