About this file
This document is Addendum 1 for a Request for Proposal (RFP No. 721-25092) issued by The University of Texas at Austin for Business Suits and Professional Attire. The project involves outfitting student-athletes with professional attire, specifically targeting two main groups: the Football program and the 4Ever Texas Incentives program. For Football, approximately 110-120 student-athletes will be fitted for suits in June, with suit try-on and tailoring scheduled for early August and delivery required by the first football game at the end of August. The 4Ever Texas Incentives program involves 30-40 student-athletes, with suit fittings and ordering planned for May/June and delivery expected by the end of August.
The addendum provides detailed specifications about the suit procurement, including that the University prefers standardized style templates and would like to include a suit with a skirt as an alternative option for women. Fittings will take place at the DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium, with 2-3 hour fitting windows. The suits will include a jacket, pants/skirt, and a custom white button shirt, with no additional accessories required. The University declines to specify a set budget per person and notes that there may be additional opportunities for suit orders from various sports programs beyond the primary groups identified. Bidders are required to provide a single all-inclusive package price with a detailed cost breakdown and are encouraged to include prompt-payment discount terms.
