About this file

This is a Unit Price Bid Schedule for a construction project prepared by the State of Utah's Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) for levee repair work at Willard Bay North Marina (Project #26228510). The scope of work encompasses site preparation including asphalt parking lot demolition and removal, boulder relocation, and safety fencing installation; construction of a Mechanically Stabilized Earth (MSE) panel retaining wall system approximately 611 linear feet in length with 229 columns standing 16 feet tall; and replacement of the damaged parking lot with 3 inches minimum asphalt depth over 12 inches of compacted select fill. The bid schedule requests unit prices for five line items: mobilization, site preparation, panel wall system installation, asphalt parking lot replacement, and boulder replacement. Quantities are estimated and provided as a courtesy to assist bidders, though contractors are responsible for verifying and adjusting bids as appropriate. The owner reserves the right to adjust quantities post-bid at its sole discretion to meet project needs.

The bid schedule emphasizes that all quantities are deemed accurate but not guaranteed, and single unit bid prices are requested to facilitate potential quantity adjustments. The panel wall system specifications detail full panels measuring 3.55 square feet (16 inches tall by 32 inches long) and half panels measuring 1.77 square feet, with associated excavation, backfill materials (approximately 51 cubic yards SF material, 2,083 cubic yards SF1 material, 218 cubic yards SF2 material, and 387 cubic yards SF3 material), compaction, geogrid fabric installation, and drainage system requirements. The construction cost estimate for the overall project is $375,000.00. Contractors must provide their name and signature on the bid schedule as acknowledgment of the terms and their commitment to the project scope.
