About this file
This is a Debarment and Suspension Certification document issued by the Cherokee County School District (CCSD) Procurement Services Department in Georgia for a Risk Management Insurance Broker contract opportunity. The certification establishes that all bidders must solicit and award contracts exclusively with responsible contractors and subcontractors who are not debarred, suspended, ineligible, or excluded from federal, state, or local contract awards. By executing the certification, bidders attest under penalty of perjury that neither they nor any proposed subcontractors have been debarred or suspended by the U.S. Department of Agriculture or any other federal, state, or local agency. Bidders are required to notify CCSD immediately if they become debarred or placed on the Consolidated List of Debarred, Suspended, and Ineligible Contractors during the bid process or after contract award.
The certification requires the legal representative of the bidding company to provide their name, title, and company information on the document. Bidders unable to execute this certification will be deemed ineligible for contract award. All certifications will be verified through federal and state databases. The document was last updated on August 23 and serves as a mandatory compliance requirement for participation in the CCSD procurement process, which seeks qualified firms to provide risk management and property and casualty insurance broker services.
