8. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT
The following clarifications have been supplied:
1. EVSE Charging stations: the intent behind the EVSE charging stations is to have the infrastructure placed adjacent to the (4) reserved GOV spaces, no additional parking spaces are required for EVSE. The USDA intends to procure the actual charging stations and have them installed under a separate contract. In practice, the USDA would use credit cards to pay for electricity to the charging station vendor. The ask is to have the Lessor sign a contract with the charging station vendor for reimbursement for electricity supplied through the Lessor’s utility provider, at a rate negotiated between the charging station vendor and the Lessor.
2. Generally, parking lot and parking costs are shell costs. However, costs associated with the Government’s reserved parking spaces (restriping, signage, and related expenses) are Tenant Improvement costs to be charged under the Tenant Improvement Cost proposal.
3. USDA desired occupancy date is no later than 2/1/2026.
4. Please see below examples for the customer counter layout. Please note that the high end finishes are not required or being requested by these examples. Also please note that the USDA desires a way to close off the passthroughs with sliding glass or some other way to block free access to the space.
Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions in the solicitation remain unchanged and in full effect
