About this file
This document is an informational flyer related to a government contract opportunity, specifically addressing compliance requirements for bidders in Pennsylvania. The flyer outlines two key compliance mandates: the Capital Programs Employment Verification Act 127 of 2012 and Executive Order 2021-06 on Worker Protection and Investment. Bidders are required to submit a Commonwealth Capital Programs Verification Form and a Worker Protection and Investment Certification Form with their bid or prior to contract award, demonstrating their adherence to state labor and workforce safety laws.
The document also includes a critical stipulation prohibiting entities from posting any Department's Invitation to Bid documents on social media platforms or public web-based platforms. This restriction appears to be designed to maintain the integrity of the bidding process and control the dissemination of official procurement information. While the flyer does not provide specific details about the contract's scope, value, or specific services, it emphasizes the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's commitment to ensuring worker safety and legal compliance in capital programs and workforce initiatives.
