The SOW establishes specific security and operational requirements that vendors must comply with. Additionally, vendors must comply with EPA/OSHA regulations and provide chain-of-custody documentation to the Contracting Officer's Representative. Office of Information and Technology security certification is not required, and vendor personnel will have no access to VA sensitive information or OI&T systems. The related pre-solicitation announcement (36C26126Q0723) indicates an anticipated period of performance from June 15, 2026 to July 13, 2026, with NAICS code 562910 (Remediation Services) and PSC code F999 (Other Environmental Services).
