About this file

This is a Notice of Intent to Award issued by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) under the Health Services Division for RFGA 5697 (OregonBuys Opportunity #S-44300-00007230) for Substance Use Disorder Peer Delivered Service Grants. The OHA Evaluation Committee has completed its review of responsive and responsible applications and identified nine selected applicants for grant negotiations: Daisy CHAIN, Miracles Club, Native American Rehabilitation Association of the Northwest, None Left Behind, Parrott Creek Child & Family Services, REAP, Restored Connections Peer Center, and Stabbin Wagon. Selected applicants were expected to be contacted by OHA before September 8, 2023 to discuss potential modifications to their program descriptions and budgets to ensure compliance with state law and federal funding guidelines. The OHA's goal was for resultant grant agreements to commence on September 15, 2023, with all funds required to be expended by the recipient by February 14, 2024.

The OHA reserves the right to terminate negotiations and decline to award funding if deemed in the state's best interest. This Notice does not contain specific pricing information, as the grants appear to be based on approved budgets negotiated individually with each selected applicant. No incumbent information or set-aside designations are referenced in the notice. The funding source is federal grant funding administered through OHA's Health Services Division, with specific grant amounts and detailed funding requirements to be determined during the negotiation process with each selected applicant.
