A PPM is our Premium Preventative Maintenance agreement/visit which other companies just refer to as a PM. A PPM replaces every consumable. Our base level PM only replaces certain consumables. The PPM (Item #25), Extended Warranty Plus Premium PM Service Agreement (Item #26) and the 3YVP (Item #27) all include premium preventative maintenance visits. In total you will have 5 years of warranty and 5 PPM visits. All of the PPMs on the quote can be scheduled at your discretion.
1. Under line 2 in the service section it is asking for quantity 2 of extended warranty plus premium PM. Does this mean you are asking for 2 additional years of service for a total of 3 years with the initial warranty?
Yes, it’s correct.
