About this file

This is a Draft Scope of Work for an Intrusion Detection System (IDS) integration project at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The contractor shall integrate IDS monitoring capabilities into an Army prototype vehicle system located in a Temporary Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (TSCIF) for the 525th Expeditionary-Military Intelligence Brigade. The work involves installing one motion sensor inside the vehicle and two door-monitoring sensors outside, which will interface with an existing Balanced Magnetic Switch (BMS) on the rear door and integrate into the existing DAQ IDS system managed by Fort Bragg's Directorate of Emergency Services (DES) for Military Police response. The contractor must also install a RIOX board in the existing Remote Area Data Collector (RADC) to monitor sensor trigger points.

The contractor must possess a valid Top-Secret clearance upon contract award and may require Secret Facility Clearance to access the facility. Installation work shall occur during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST) and must be completed by February 9, 2026. The contractor will have access to vehicle panels for cable routing without affecting warranty, with available capacity in existing molex plugs for the required wiring. The scope includes coordination with compound personnel and DES staff for connections, programming, and testing, as well as providing training for the systems upon completion. All work must comply with Fort Bragg base access procedures.
