Machine Dimensions:

Requirements, the rollers shall have meet the following criteria:, Rollers, Fully operational in ambient environment ranging from 50°F - 95°F., All words on instruments, control panels, and plates shall be in the English language, Use U.S. units of measure., Rollers shall be fully rated for 90,000 pound weight capacity. , Rollers will have a single wheel adjustment., Rollers will be able to handle shaft diameters from 7 to 40 inches., Rollers will have a single center set diameter of 23 inches., Drive roller wheels will be driven through a gearbox., Drive motor will be fully enclosed and meet the requirements of NEMA MG 1., Drive rollers will have a speed range infinitely variable over the entire range of 0.84 to 42 IPM wheel speed., Roller wheels will be on fully welded assemblies., Roller will have solid axles., Each Roller will have a least two (2) Anti-friction bearings., Roller wheels will have a minimum temperature rating of at least 150 degree Fahrenheit, Roller wheels will have a minimum hardness of URETHANE 55 SHORE 'D' Durometer, Roller wheels will have tires made of urethane material., Drive roller will have NEMA 12 dust-tight electricals with main power disconnect switch., Drive roller will have rotation axis with AC Variable frequency drive., Drive roller will have a 20 foot remote dust tight pendant with 24V controls and E-STOP., Power requirement: 480 VAC 3 Ph, 60 Hz., Deliverables:

Markings: The following signs, labels, placards and certifications will be placed on the machine in an accessible and readable location. All words shall be in the English language. Characters shall be engraved, etched, embossed, or stamped in boldface on a contrasting background. All plates shall be corrosion resistant. OHA Compliance certification by National Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL).

The equipment installation and its component parts shall be in compliance with 29 CFR 1910, NFPA 70 and NFPA 79. Approval shall be as specified under the “Approval” and “Acceptance” criteria in the OSHA regulations Subpart “O”, Machinery and Machine Guarding paragraph 1910.212 and Subpart “S” Electrical, paragraph 1910.303 and paragraph 1910.399. UL508A is an acceptable standard. Safety signs and labels in accordance with NEMA Z535.4 shall be securely attached to the equipment in visible locations, at the point of hazard(s), with any safety precautions to be observed by the operator or maintenance personnel permanently marked on the signs. A lubrication plate shall be permanently and securely attached to the machine. The plate shall contain the following information: Points of lubricant application, Servicing interval, Type of lubricant, Viscosity, Military or Federal Specification for each lubricant (If applicable), Size and type of each lubricant filter, A nameplate shall be permanently and securely attached to the machine. The nameplate shall contain the information listed below. If the machine is a special model, the model designation shall include the model number of the basic standard machine and a suffix identified in the manufacturer's permanent records., Nomenclature, Manufacturer's name, Manufacturer's model designation, Manufacturer's serial number, Power input (volts, total amps, phase and frequency), Contract Number or Order Number, Date of manufacture, Transportation & Utility Connection, Contractor shall be responsible to ship rollers to PSNS&IMF from their facility.

Documentation, Three (3) each Sets COTS Commercial Off-The Self Manuals and Associated Supplemental Data. Three (3) each Sets Contractor shall provide electrical schematic. Three (3) each Sets Contractor shall provide Bill of Materials for maintenance and replacement of parts. Three (3) each Sets Contractor shall provide instructional and maintenance manual/s. Examination: The machine shall be examined to determine compliance with all requirements of this specification. Delivery address: The "Ship/Deliver to" address on the Bill of Lading (B/L) should include the JML number as shown below.
