The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requires a service that provides historical fixed-income securities data for corporate issuers, on a web-accessible research platform that enables the data to be retrieved and analyzed. The historical range of the data shall date back at least 15 years. The data shall include issue and issuer characteristics as well as post-issuance information. More specifically, the data shall include, at minimum:

Issuer information, including industry codes, ticker and exchange listings, issuer names and parent relationships

Issue-specific information, including full call, put and sinking fund schedules, and call frequency codes; floating rate formulas, current rates and coupon schedules; NRSRO credit ratings; convertible debt information; underwriters, trustees and fiscal agents; unit deals and warrant information

Post-issuance information, including bond acquisitions, sales and redemptions, NRSRO ratings changes, and bankruptcy and interest default details

These data shall be updated annually and provided via a web-accessible research platform, where the data are stored and can be searched and analyzed.
